Writing Learning Centre - Affiliate Agreement

All affiliates must agree to all parts of this document to begin their affiliation program. The submission of the affiliate application is considered agreement with this document.

Registration Processing

Writing Learning Centre will be responsible for processing every registration by a learner. Those responsibilities include registrations, payment processing, instructor notification, cancellations, and related customer service. Writing Learning Centre rules, operating procedures and policies regarding courses and instruction apply to all registrations Writing Learning Centre receives through the AFFILIATE.We reserve the right to reject any registration for any reason, including any that does not comply with Writing Learning Centre rules, operating procedures and policies or that violates applicable law. The Writing Learning Centre Affiliate program uses cookies to identify purchasers arriving from AFFILIATE’s site.

Tracking of Tuition and Fees

Writing Learning Centre will track registrations. Statements of registration activity will be provided to AFFILIATE on a quarterly basis. All statements after 30 days shall be deemed correct unless AFFILIATE gives us notice of any error prior to that date. Writing Learning Centre shall not be responsible for any errors AFFILIATE or AFFILIATE students make that result in any loss of any tracking information. To protect customers' privacy, the names or other personal information about specific customers will not be provided to AFFILIATE. AFFILIATE will be paid quarterly (Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1, Oct. 1) at the rate of 20% of the gross cost of the course purchased.

Writing Learning Centre Policy Applies to All Registrations

Every customer who registers for a course through this program is deemed to be a customer of Writing Learning Centre. AFFILIATE does not have the authority to make or accept any registration on Writing Learning Centre's behalf. All of Writing Learning Centre's policies regarding registrations and customer service will apply to these customers. Writing Learning Centre is not responsible for any representations AFFILIATE makes that conflict with our policies.

Course Pricing

Writing Learning Centre will follow its pricing policies to determine the price of all courses. Course prices may vary from time to time. Course prices are subject to change without notice.

  • AFFILIATE agrees to display a Writing Learning Centre signature on his/her outgoing email.
  • AFFILIATE will promptly notify Writing Learning Centre of any change in contact information or any other payment notification.
  • Upon cancellation or termination of this Agreement, AFFILIATE agrees to cease all use of such icon and other images.

General Provisions

AFFILIATE agree not to hold Writing Learning Centre or STC nv liable for any consequences of interruptions resulting from unexpected technical or technological failures. Term of the Agreement: Unless otherwise canceled or terminated, the agreement will be for one (1) year and renewed quarterly.

Modifications: Writing Learning Centre may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in Writing Learning Centre's sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on Writing Learning Center’s site. Modifications may include, for example, fee schedules, payment procedures, and program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO AFFILIATE, AFFILIATES ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. AFFILIATES CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING Writing Learning Centre'S POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Affiliate shall have no right or license to use the Writing Learning Centre trademarks, copyrights, etc. in any manner. Writing Learning Centre shall have no obligation to pay Affiliate any fees or charges, for courses purchased after the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All provisions of this Agreement, which by their nature are intended to service the expiration or termination of this Agreement, shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Cancellation of This Agreement: Either party may choose to cancel or terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by written notice of cancellation or termination to the other.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:Writing Learning Centre MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROGRAM OR COURSES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. IN ADDITION, Writing Learning Centre MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE OPERATION OF Writing Learning Centre'S SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AND Writing Learning Centre WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: Writing Learning Centre SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS ARISING UNDER OR WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF Writing Learning Centre WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Independent Contractors:AFFILIATES are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship with us.
